Top Indian Players To Miss IPL 2017
It’s 3 more days before the 10th edition of IPL kicks in. 4 of top Indian players are out of IPL.
Ravichandran Ashwin, Murali Vijay, and KL Rahul have all been ruled out of the 2017 IPL while Virat Kohli will have his fitness assessed in the middle of April
Ashwin will miss the entire tournament due to sports hernia while Vijay will undergo wrist surgery that will keep him out of action.
Ashwin complained of groin pain and BCCI doctors advised for 6 to 8-week rest before coming back to the action, which means he will completely miss the season.
Kings XI Punjab’s star player Murali Vijay will miss the tournament because of wrist and shoulder surgery.
KL Rahul who played very well in Australia series (scoring 6 half century in 7 matches) will also be out of Bangalore team.
On another hand Ravindra Jadeja, Umesh Yadav join the list of injured.
Jadeja the leading wicket taker in last Australia series is also out of the initial action as he has injury in his spinning finger.
Kolkata will have to play initial few games without Umesh as he has reported problem with his back.
Uppal will host the 1st match of 2017 IPL between last year champion Hyderabad and Bangalore.
