Emirates Airline A380 collision At Singapore Changi Airport
Incident happened with The Emirates Airbus 380 (Flight Number EK405) Bound for Dubai
At the early hours of Thursday 30th March, two jumbo planes of Emirates Airlines ( Airbus A380) and Scoot Airlines (Boeing 787 Dreamliner) came into contact with each other at Singapore Changi Airport.
The Emirates Airbus A380 (Flight Number EK405) was bound for Dubai whereas the Scoot flight #TZ188 was bound for Tianjin (China). Scoot Boeing Dreamliner 787 was taxiing before take-off when the left wing of scoot plane came into contact with Emirates Airbus A380
All 303 passengers and 11 crew of Scoot airline were safely put on another plane and rescheduled for a 6 am flight.
Changi Airport has already started an investigation on this accident with relevant authorities to find the route cause.
A spokesman for Changi Airport Group said passengers aboard were re-booked on other Emirates flights scheduled to depart later the same day, the report added.
